This is it! The nearly final release build of Astral Flux!

  • Dedicated tutorial area (if you would like to start fresh, delete %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Cosmocat\Astral Flux\astral-flux.dat)
  • Achievements (Steam only)
  • Add basic input rebind system
  • Add dedicated backgrounds for several bosses
  • Add pre-boss rooms
  • Add new game over screen
  • Tons and tons of visual improvements (cutscenes, VFX, backgrounds, start gates, teleporters, torches, destructible blocks, title art, etc.)

  • Revamp world 2 and 4 bosses (improve telegraphing, pacing, etc.)
  • Update world 4 boss attacks and in-game ending animation
  • Fix for pausing during tutorial freezing game
  • Possible fix for melee attack not always working after exiting challenge rooms

  • Add telegraphing for flying robot enemy
  • Remove dynamic spikes from first room
  • Fix for some enemies walking on fences
  • Fix for broken coins in world 3 start room

  • Spawn fewer flies in world 4
